We want to offer our Buyers the most competitive and transparent pricing for each product we sell. We connect Buyers directly to the right suppliers of home improvement products, which eliminates heavy retail mark-ups and makes for a much simpler and trusted shopping experience. There are no hidden charges of any nature, and you pay only the amount which is shown on the cart.

Most products on Decure are classified under Free Delivery. However, for some products we may charge for Shipping based on your location, product and total order value. We might also charge extra for INSIDE DELIVERY*/ DOOR-STEP* delivery in a multi-storied building, for certain products.

Credit cards/Debit Cards/Net Banking/Wallets

We have option of two payment gateways – EBS Secure Payment Gateway and Paytm payment gateway. Both the payment gateways accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, wallets etc

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card/debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit (four-digit for American Express) CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online Secure password or OTP.

NEFT/RTGS

Decure.in offers the convenience of using Internet Banking service to make the payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

In order to pay via NEFT/RTGS – You are requested to make payment to the below account and email the payment confirmation and product name to mail@decure.in – Your order will be confirmed once we receive the funds. You will receive a funds received confirmation email.

Wallets

We accept payments made using all the major Payment Wallets like PayTm, Freecharge, Jio Money, Mobiwik etc. To pay using your Online Wallet at Checkout, you will need your Login Id and Password for the Wallet to make the payment.

Cash on Delivery

Currently Decure.in does not offer Cash on Delivery option for payment due to the bulky nature of products. However we assure our customers that our products are genuine, covered under warranty and are always delivered on time.
